Even heat distribution:
A heatable vessel wall, cover, and spiral agitator distribute heat and moisture uniformly throughout the process. Heated agitator with angled mixing:
The heated agitator operates across a wide temperature (-10°C to 250°C) and pressure (vacuum to 6 bar) range, enabling versatile material processing and chemical reactions. When closed, the 0-45° inclination feature introduces gravity-assisted mixing, enhancing drying efficiency and product exposure to heat transfer surfaces, resulting in better mixing outcomes.

Enhanced access:
The tilting and rotating mechanism allows effortless access for maintenance and cleaning procedures. The vessel's design enables easy opening for maintenance or inspection tasks. The tilting device facilitates thorough cleaning and inspection by permitting complete removal of the vessel cover, including the agitator shaft.

Integrated process control:
With a flow breaker, temperature sensor (PT 100), and overhung lump breaker, the system prevents medium rotation with the agitator, maintains desired vessel conditions, and ensures a consistent product by breaking down agglomerates.

Gentle mixing for sensitive products:
The spiral agitator design enables sensitive mixing of sensitive products, preserving their integrity from potential damage caused by aggressive mixing methods.
