Compact Mixing Plant XPP - EV Battery Solution

Integrated IKA CMX:
The compact mixing plant's core is the versatile CMX inline mixer. This integrated unit combines mixing, dissolving, emulsifying, and discharge functions into one cohesive system. It excels at processing highly viscous materials up to around 10,000 mPas, delivering superior dispersing performance while preventing agglomeration during additions.

Clean-In-Place (CIP):
The system evenly disperses additives, effectively breaking down agglomerates. Additionally, it can function as a circulatory pump, enabling discharge of the final mixture or supporting optional Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes for thorough cleaning between batches.

Compact footprint:
XPP Plant occupies minimal space with its low-profile design.

Optimal heat transfer:
Large anchor stirrer with movable scrapers moves and homogenizes the complete product volume and ensures an optimal heat transfer between product and vessel wall.

Modular design:
Customer-specific designs and options such as solids feeding systems, temperature control, degassing, connection of additional vessels, specific stirrers, ATEX and/or GMP-compliant design possible
